Info Survey Group (M) Sdn Bhd is a Market Research Company established in the year of 1998. We are a group of marketing professionals whose desire is to provide a full range of specialized marketing research service to a selected group of elite, customer-oriented companies.
We would like to invite students interested in market research and related fields for an internship at our company.
Part Time Telephone Interviewer @ Sri Rampai, Setapak
Job Responsibilities:
- To conduct outbound calls to collect customer’s feedback
- To measure customer satisfaction and improved services
- To handle customer experiences
- TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
- No selling required as we are market research company
Job Requirement:
- Follow set questions on the survey questionnaire
- Able to communicate in Malay, English or Mandarin (for Chinese speaker)
- Flexible working day & working hour ( Monday-Friday, 9:30 – 6:30)
- Age must be at least 18 years old and be a permanent resident / citizen of Malaysia
- Students/Retirees are welcome to apply

Job Descriptions:
- To handle customer experience

Job Requirement:
- Collect data via phone calls to respondents
- Managing the progress of the project
- Provide training to the new candidates who interested to join part time job in our company
- Data key-in of the responses
- Quality checking on the project data
- Reporting on the project
