Mr. Chaw has more than 20 years of experience holding esteemed marketing positions, with a decade spent assisting a world-class consulting organization specializing in Strategic Marketing and Marketing Research in Australia. He also spearheaded numerous customized marketing research for large organizations (including most telcos, banks and financial institutions in Malaysia – Maxis, Perodua, Toyota, Citibank, HSBC Bank, Astro, Guiness, Caltex, Microsoft and much more) in highly competitive industries over the past 15 years, such as positioning research, pricing studies, advertisement concept testing, product and service quality research and more.
In 2000, Mr. Chaw introduced the “Malaysian Automotive Industry: Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty Index Tracking Survey” with seven major automotive companies in Malaysia, to significant success and for many consecutive years to come. He was also known as the pioneer, along with Dr. Chia, who introduced Telekom Malaysia to its first Customer Satisfaction Index Research. Mr. Chaw eventually founded Info Survey Group to help both local and global firms conduct results-driven marketing research.
